So – join us as we thank all of our amazing fundraisers. And, if you feel inspired, why not look at our Fundraising Guide which gives tips and links to start your own project?

Emily Cahir is cycling around 3000km from the southernmost point to the northernmost point of Norway.

She says: “I fell ill towards the end of my first year at uni. I have been incredibly blessed to have since made a full recovery, however, many people experience far worse symptoms than I did and do not recover, with some people bed bound for life.”

Your cycling is an inspiration, Emily – thank you so much.

Rosie Hoggmascall is running on behalf of ME Research UK in the 2026 TCS London Marathon!

“My mum’s had ME since she was 16. She had to leave school and work in her twenties, and has spent most of her adult life managing symptoms in the background. Running for ME Research UK is a way to show up, raise money, and move the conversation forward for a condition that’s long overdue more attention.”

Thank you so much, Rosie – and good luck!

ThatVoidKid is hosting a Twitch Stream on August 01 to raise funds for ME/CFS research.
