Expert Patients Programme
“Expert Patients Programme (EPP) courses are FREE and help people to improve their health and wellbeing by learning new skills to manage their condition on a daily basis. Reflections
Reflections… an appropriate title to explain the journey of poetry contained within this website. The poems are rotated every month; sometimes they are all about one theme, but usually they have mixed topics. Some are short pieces, whereas others can be much longer.
